Account Deletion
Permanently delete your LekkaLocal account and data.
Warning: This action is permanent
Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Once processed, all your personal information will be completely wiped from our servers, and you will lose access to all active subscriptions and passes.
If you would like to permanently delete your LekkaLocal account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to request deletion:
- Click the button below to open your email client.
- Fill in the blank fields (Email and Name) in the prefilled message.
- Send the email. We will process your request and wipe your data within 7 business days.
What data gets deleted:
- Your Better Auth authentication records.
- Your profile information (Name, Email) stored in our primary database.
- Your active subscriptions and QR pass generation history.
Important Notice for Active Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription via Google Play or the Apple App Store, deleting your LekkaLocal account will not automatically cancel your billing. You must manually cancel it directly in your App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings to avoid future charges.
